Short Take: Judge to rule on Livermore library suit

After a hearing in the Alameda Superior Court, Judge George Hernandez will decide whether to dismiss or push forward a lawsuit, filed by a parent and a religious group, aimed at forcing the Livermore Public Library to install filters on its Net access terminals. The American Civil Liberties Union and the city are defending the library.
