Short Take: Judge backs HotJobs in advertising dispute

HotJobs.com said a judge has refused to overturn a preliminary injunction against America Online subsidiary Digital City, clearing the way for its advertisements to be displayed on AOL's network. Digital City sought to invalidate the contract following an exclusive agreement announced in December between AOL and Monster.com, a HotJobs competitor; HotJobs responded with a lawsuit. Digital City filed to dismiss the injunction, which was granted last week pending trial.
