Sun Microsystems' JavaSoft division will announce at its JavaOne developer conference in April a framework for developing Java applications that run on servers rather than clients. The framework will include a collection of existing programming interfaces, such as the Servelet and database interfaces, as well as new technologies under development at JavaSoft.
