Short Take: Internet telephony switched on between Taiwan and U.S.

Taiwan Telecommunication Network Services, Taiwan's second-largest telecommunications company, and Biztrans Technology of Springfield, Virginia, will offer phone-to-phone Internet telephony between Taiwan and the United States.
