Intergraph filed a brief in response to Intel's appeal of an April preliminary injunction that requires Intel to supply Intergraph with chips and advance product information during the course of the workstation maker's lawsuit. The appeal fails to show that Intergraph will be safe from harm or that antitrust laws do not come into play, according to the company. The injunction is also substantiated by the FTC's June filing of a separate antitrust suit, Intergraph added.
