Short Take: Intelisys installs OBI system

Motorola Space and Systems Technology Group has installed an intranet purchasing application from e-commerce software vendor Intelisys to work with Office Depot's online catalog. The installation is the first business-to-business e-commerce pilot to comply with the Open Buying on the Internet protocol, an electronic purchasing initiative pushed by the OBI Consortium and American Express. Intelisys is jointly owned by Chase Manhattan Bank and BVR.
