Short Take: Intel, Remedy, Symantec team up

Remedy, Intel, and Symantec today announced they are bundling their system management, help desk, and security software together. Remedy Help Desk is integrated with Intel's LANDesk Management Suite and is available immediately. Together, network administrators can manage software distribution and inventory and control PCs remotely from a single user interface. Symantec's Norton AntiVirus and Help Desk Assistant software will be bundled with Remedy's and Intel's products in May.
