Short Take: InnoMedia gets $115.5 million

InnoMedia, a developer of Internet telephony-based appliances and services, received $115.5 million in funding. InnoMedia will use the financing, received from private and institutional investors such as Goldman Sachs, Walden International and Vertex Management, to expand engineering, increase marketing and strengthen its service network. InnoMedia is privately held.
