Ingram Micro has entered an agreement to acquire a minority equity stake in Electronic Resources, an Asian electronic components distributor based in Singapore. Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro will purchase 21 percent of outstanding shares from ERL?s two largest individual shareholders, with an option to acquire an additional 8.4 percent of shares through April 30, 1999.
