Document- and text-management software company Infodata Systems named James Ungerleider, former vice president of American Management Systems, president and CEO. A 24-year veteran of AMS, Ungerleider is charged with maximizing Infodata's "virtual file cabinet" technology and building on the company's consulting services. Additionally, Harry Kaplowitz, an Infodata founder, was named executive vice president of the company and will assume primary responsibility for its growing intelligence-community activities.
