iNet, a software applications developer for both intranets and the Internet, has announced a 13.2 percent decrease in second-quarter profits over the previous year, to $89,061. The company's revenues for the quarter climbed to $450,351, up from $406,060 a year ago. Company officials attributed the earnings decline to higher costs associated with generating revenues.
