Individual reported revenues of $7.3 million for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 1996, compared with $4.7 million for the same period a year ago. The company had a net loss, before mergers, dispositions, and related expenses, of $3.9 million, or 27 cents per share, and $5.8 million, or 41 cents per share, including those expenses. This compares with a net loss of $1.7 million, or 18 cents per share, for the period a year ago. The year's revenue was $24.1 million, up from $16.7 million in 1995. The net loss, not including merger, disposition, and other expenses of $39.4 million, was $11.6 million, or 91 cents per share. This compares with a loss of $6.4 million, or 67 cents per share, in 1995.
