1-800-FLOWERS has agreed to use IDT's Click2Talk voice-over-Internet technology on its website. Click2Talk, by IDT's Internet telephony division Net2Phone, allows users to talk to the floral delivery company's customer service representatives while online, and allows international callers to access U.S.-based toll-free phone numbers from abroad. 1-800-FLOWERS, with $300 million in sales, is one of the largest florists in the world.
