Siebel Systems has announced that U.K.-based ICL, an IT services company, will use Siebel's Web-based front office software system for its 3,000-person global sales force. With Siebel applications, ICL said it expects to increase productivity, enhance its cross-selling capabilities, and improve its customer relationships. Currently, San Mateo, California-based Siebel is the No. 1 leader in the customer relationship management space offering sales force automation, service, and marketing software.
