Short Take: ICG, NorthPoint strike DSL reseller deal

ICG Communications and NorthPoint Communications have agreed to a two-year agreement under which ICG will resell the competitive local exchange carrier's digital subscriber line (DSL) service. NorthPoint will become ICG's preferred DSL provider and the communications provider will buy as many as 75,000 DSL lines from NorthPoint as part of the pact.
