Mirapoint, a maker of special-purpose server "appliances" dedicated to handling email, will be supported within IBM's global services division. Under an agreement, IBM will provide installation, maintenance and technical support, Mirapoint said. The services are available in the United States now and will be available in Canada, Europe and Asia next year.
