IBM is investing $20 million in a wholly owned subsidiary in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, according to a Reuters report. The subsidiary, IBM Engineering and Technology (Shanghai), in the Waigaoqiao bonded area of Pudong, is IBM's 13th operation in China, a company spokeswoman said.
