Short Take: IBM expands Global Campus

IBM will offer information technology training and professional development courses over the Internet, intranets, and local area networks. The courses aim to help workers upgrade skills without taking time off the job while the supporting services help companies design, implement, and support their own learning programs. This is the business counterpart of the recently announced IBM Global Campus for higher education.
