Fitch Investors Service has upgraded IBM's senior debt to "AA-" from "A+". The company's $235 million preferred stock went to "A+" from "A." IBM Credit Corporation's senior debt moved to "AA-" from "A+" as did the same debt for IBM International Finance N.V. and IBM Japan. IBM's total debt was $15.8 million as of September 30.
