iBenefits, an online provider of tools for managing employee benefits, has brought in $41 million in its third round of financing. The El Segundo, Calif.-based company said it will use the funding to develop new products and services, sign partnerships and pursue acquisitions. The funding will also support nationwide marketing efforts and bolster the company's existing IT infrastructure. Capital Z Financial Services Fund II led the financing round.
