Short Take: HP to release ISP network software

Hewlett-Packard will release next Monday network and service management software for Internet Service Providers. HP OpenView Customer Views--an add-on to Network Node Manager--allows ISPs to manage and view network resources, while FireHunter lets users check if they comply with their service-level agreements. Customer View costs $4,995 for 100 customers and $15,995 for an unlimited number of customers. Pricing for FireHunter 2.0 and FireHunter Pro 2.0 starts at $14,950. Both products can be used together and will ship on April 1.
