Short Take: HP cuts prices on business PCs

Hewlett-Packard announced another round of price cuts for its business PC lines. Prices for high-performance Kayak workstations are being cut by as much as 17 percent, with prices for entry-level models now starting at $2,669. Prices have been cut up to 14 percent for Vectra mid-level workstations, with prices now starting at $1,675. The move follows a previous round of price-cutting on both lines in May.
