Short Take: HotJobs to merge with Resumix

HotJobs.com says it has signed an agreement to merge with Resumix. The merger combines HotJobs, a provider of Internet recruiting solutions, with the developer of staffing management software. Following the merger, Resumix will continue its operations as a subsidiary of HotJobs in Sunnyvale, Calif. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
