Web page publishing service Homestead.com said will begin offering free Internet access from Spinway.com to its customers. Homestead provides tools that allow Web users to build home pages with added features such as news, email and instant messaging. Spinway.com also powers Bluelight.com, a free Internet service provider distributed by Kmart with content from Yahoo.
