Home Wireless Networks, a Georgia-based high-tech telecommunications start-up, has elected board members including Nobel Prize winner Arno Penzias of Bell Labs. Lucent Technologies has invested in the start-up, which will produce a digital wireless system designed to let local service providers offer inexpensive multiple telephone lines.
