Short Take: @Home, Macromedia team for 'rich media'

@Home Network, the No. 1 cable modem service, and Macromedia, a multimedia software maker, have signed a deal to share technologies and users. Under the deal @Home's Enliven technology, so-called rich media software acquired via its acquisition of Narrative, will be integrated into Macromedia's popular Shockwave and Flash player software. @Home's online sites and Shockwave.com also will drive traffic to each other.
