Kevin Fitzgerald, former vice president of Netscape's North American sales division, has joined CrossWorlds Software as vice president of the Americas. In his new role, Fitzgerald will lead CrossWorlds' sales operations as the company expands to meet demand for Processware, a new category of application software that unites the enterprise. Prior to Netscape, Fitzgerald spent ten years at Oracle, where he was vice president of the company's government division.
