Short Take: Government-backed Net resource to assist parents

Congress and the Clinton administration are backing a new online resource, GetNetWise, which aims to teach parents how to protect their children in cyberspace. The site, unveiled today, was developed by the Internet Education Foundation and is backed by sponsors including America Online, Microsoft, and Yahoo, among others.
