Rod Canion, chairman of the board at training software maker GK Intelligent Systems, has resigned. A cofounder and former chief executive of Compaq Computer, Canion will step down in about a month. GK announced that CFO Tim Harris, CIO Doyle Baker, corporate counsel David Cabello, and board member John Gribi--all of whom previously worked at Compaq--also will leave the company.
