Fujitsu Business
Communication Systems will use IP telephony technology from NetSpeak in Fujitsu's IntelliCommerce,
a Web-enabled call center offering. The product, jointly developed by the
two companies, incorporates NetSpeak's gateway, computer telephony
integration server link, and client telephony software. NetSpeak has
similar deals with Siemens, Bay Networks, and Motorola.
