Short Take: Frontier signs services deal with Telstra

Frontier Communications, a national telecommunications carrier, signed a $20 million deal to provide network services to the U.S. subsidiary of Telstra, an Australian communications company. Frontier's carrier services group will supply Telstra with domestic voice and data service.
