Short Take: Fore sues former employee

Networking player Fore Systems filed suit against a former employee for allegedly sending information concerning trade secrets via email to competitor Cisco Systems, according to an Associated Press report. The former employee, Eric Bell, left Fore to join Cisco soon after, according to the report. The suit was filed June 24 in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh. Fore and Cisco refused to comment on the suit.
