Short Take: Fore files complaint against MMC

Fore Systems announced it has filed a complaint in United States District Court against MMC Networks, claiming the network chip company infringed on Fore patents for ATM-based processors. Fore is seeking a permanent injunction against MMC Networks as well as recovery of damages. The complaint was filed in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
