Short Take: FCC delays vote on Net issues

As expected, the Federal Communications Commission has stepped back from voting on two key Internet issues at its scheduled meeting Thursday. The controversial issues of regulating high-speed Interent access companies and calls to ISPs will be taken up at a later meeting, the commission said. Officials said a Monday Supreme Court ruling had affected decisions on the two issues.
