F5 Networks, which sells equipment that manages Internet traffic, reported a second-quarter profit of $4.1 million, or 18 cents a share, compared to a loss of $3 million, or 45 cents a share during the same quarter last year. Analysts had expected earnings of 18 cents per share, according to First call. Second-quarter revenue jumped 527 percent, from $3.8 million last yaer to $23.6 million this year.
