Services firm Ernst & Young has promoted Dale Wartluft to senior vice chairman of consulting services for the Americas region, which makes up a "significant" portion of the company's $4 billion revenues. Wartluft succeeds Terry Ozan, the firm's CEO of worldwide consulting. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Wartluft spent 20 years with IBM in numerous technical, marketing, and management positions.
