Short Take: Ericsson exec joins Motorola
Bo Hedfors, president and chief executive officer of Ericsson U.S., is joining Motorola as corporate vice president and president of Motorola's new Network Solutions Sector. Hedfors spent 30 years with Swedish telecom giant Ericsson, starting as an engineer and advancing to taking charge of the U.S. operations. In a separate statement, Ericsson said it named Bo Dimert, formerly a vice president and general manager, to replace Hedfors.
