Short Take: Enikia joins Home API group

Home networking firm Enikia has joined the Home API Working Group. Enikia is a start-up that focuses on home networking through electrical outlets. Home API--which includes Intel, Microsoft, Compaq and others--is working on a common networking interface. The group's plan is make the standard compatible with Sun's Java-based networking software called Jini.
