Short Take: Election hub site to launch

Web, White & Blue, an online hub with links to national election information, will launch tomorrow and be widely promoted across the Net. The site is being back by commercial sites such as America Online, and was spearheaded by the Markle Foundation and Harvard's Shorenstein Center.
