Short Take: eBay adds two to board of directors

Online auctioneer eBay has named Scott Cook, founder and chairman of Intuit, and Howard Schultz, chairman and chief executive officer of Starbucks Coffee Company, to its board of directors. The appointments bring the total number of directors on eBay's board to five.
