e.spire Communications, which focuses on providing integrated services to businesses largely in the southern United States, will for the first time launch residential dial-up Internet service in 25 cities and said it will offer high-speed Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service in some of the nation's largest markets. The DSL service will begin in New York City, Atlanta, and other cities by the end of March, the company said.
