Short Take: CyberCash reports revenues
Electronic commerce company CyberCash Tuesday reported a jump in revenues to $155,395 for the quarter ending March 31, up from $21,619 a year ago. The company, however, posted a widening net loss of $9.2 million, or 86 cents a share, compared with a loss of $4.6 million, or 72 cents, a year ago. CyberCash, which initiated cost controls in the quarter, saw its operating expenses fall 12 percent to $7.6 million, compared with the previous quarter.
