CyberCash announced today that it has named James Condon as the company's new chief executive. Condon, CyberCash's former president, replaces chairman of the board and former chief executive William N. Melton, CyberCash's founder. Melton will continue serving as chairman. Reston Virginia-based CyberCash provides e-commerce companies with electronic payment systems.
