Creative Technology has completed its acquisition of Ensoniq, a maker of PC audio technology. Creative, which paid $77 million for Ensoniq, plans to expand the company's penetration of the original equipment manufacturer market. Ensoniq's products currently ship as part of new PCs from Gateway 2000 and Hewlett-Packard.
