Short Take: Corio to host trading exchanges

Application service provider Corio has unveiled eMarket, a service for businesses that want to develop their own trading exchanges or online marketplaces. Corio, which already hosts procurement software from Commerce One, said it will host, manage, install and support auction and exchange software from Moai Technologies and Requisite Technology. Corio also said applications from eMarket can be integrated with other software it hosts, such as PeopleSoft, SAP or BroadVision.
