Internet provider Concentric Network has signed an agreement to acquire InterNex Information Services, a provider of hosting and dedicated access services, for $15.5 million in cash. Concentric expects to combine InterNex's public peering arrangements with its dedicated private peering and transit connections. Concentric also will gain the infrastructure and available capacity of InterNex data centers and infrastructure. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions.
