Short Take: Concentric leases capacity from Williams

Concentric Network, a network service provider, will lease capacity on Williams Communications' 19,000-mile fiber optic network. Terms were not disclosed. Concentric said the high-speed fiber facilities will increase by four times its bandwidth capacity for Internet backbone traffic and virtual private networks (VPNs). Williams is an investor in Concentric Network.
