Internet procurement vendor Commerce One, has released version 3.1 of its BuySite electronic procurement software. The offering embeds Microsoft's Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition and supports Microsoft's Commerce Interchange Pipeline (CIP), making it the first procurement application to run on Microsoft's e-commerce software.
