Short Take: Colin Powell to chat on AOL

General Colin Powell will host a live online discussion with America Online chairman and chief executive Steve Case on April 27 to celebrate the one-year anniversary of America's Promise, an organization that confronts the problems of "at-risk" youth. Powell, who is chairman of the organization, will chat with AOL subscribers after releasing the America's Promise One-Year Report.
