Short Take: CNET, NBC deal completed

NEWS.COM publisher CNET: The Computer Network and NBC have completed the formation of Snap LLC, the firm that will operate the Snap portal, which previously was a division of CNET. As previously reported, Snap LLC is owned 81 percent by CNET and 19 percent by NBC, but NBC has an option to up its stake to 60 percent. NBC also completed its purchase of 812,800 shares of CNET stock.
